I have been practicing Yoga for about 6 years at Jane's House of Well Being in St. Charles, MO. These past few years I have been fortunate to be able to attend three of Matt's workshops at the studio. Matt has great insight on the philosophical, spiritual, and physical aspects of Yoga and teaches the methods to get on the path to discover Yoga's true essence and ultimately the “self”. His ability to blend the historical readings with the current understanding of quantum physics is captivating and always leaves me with the burning desire to want to learn more. I have noticed, whether a coincidence or not, that his topics of discussion are in sync with my current "level" of practice. This has helped me tremendously to develop a deeper and richer practice that is not just based upon the physical.
